LEAGUE DISPENSATIONS
ALL DISPENSATION REQUESTS MUST COME THROUGH YOUR CLUB SECRETARY
League & Cup Fixtures
Any Team wishing to cancel a fixture shall, not less than 10 days prior to the fixture, request permission from the Management Committee for a dispensation.
This can only be done through your Club Secretary who will submit your dispensation request.
Teams will only be allowed a maximum of 2 dispensations (Games) per season.
Teams must request dispensation on dates where they may have no fixtures, as fixtures can be added with 5 clear days notice.
DISPENSATION GUIDELINES
CANCELATION FOR SCHOOL EVENTS
Any Team wishing to cancel a fixture for a school event shall, not less than 5 days prior to the fixture request permission from the Management Committee for a cancelation.
This can only be done through your Club Secretary who will submit your dispensation request.
When requesting to cancel a fixture for a school event, you MUST provide evidence of the event from the school. For example, a school headed letter that contains the names of the players who are taking part in the event.
